Falsled Kro - Faldsled

We loved everything about this place. The historic building and its surroundings were simply breathtaking. The location in the Danish countryside was incredibly scenic and peaceful, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one.

We loved the charming atmosphere of the historic building and the well-maintained gardens next to the restaurant. Our super comfortable room was impeccably clean and had all the modern amenities we needed. The breakfast was a culinary delight with lots of options and great attention to detail. We were pleased with the friendly and skilled team.

Located just a short drive away from Copenhagen airport, this hotel can be found on the peaceful island of Fyn in Denmark. the lounge area or reception area is cosy and warm, with fireplaces and a comfortable seating area. Visitors can enjoy a meal at the highly acclaimed restaurant next to a picturesque view of the sea. the room is tastefully decorated with a private terrace and plush bathrobes.

Some facilities are not well-maintained, and guests have reported dirty floors or windows, which can be an unexpected and unpleasant issue during a stay.

The historic buildings are charming, and the lush, green countryside location is breathtaking. the nearby port is lovely, especially during the long summer evenings. the food is inventive and delicious, with many fresh and local ingredients. the staff are professional and friendly, always ready to give advice on nearby sightseeing and activities. We also appreciated the selection of high-quality organic products in the bathroom.

The prices are quite high, as is typical for Scandinavian countries. It would have been helpful if the young wait staff had been more knowledgeable about the food and wine being served.
